Returns & Exchanges Policy


You can exchange regular priced décor items for any reason within 7 days of the transaction, free of charge.

All exchanges must be made with the original packaging of the product in mint condition. A receipt or invoice must be presented for an exchange. Please note that if you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is a repackaging fee.

Our team will collaborate with you to coordinate a day and time that works to exchange your product. If the product you are exchanging for is lesser the price of your new item, we will charge you the difference. If the original item costs more than the new product we will adjust the difference with store credit.  


If you decide your piece is not right for you, the regular priced décor pieces can be returned within 7 days of the purchase, for a store credit with no expiry date.

You can return your regular priced product only if it is as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.



If you experience issues with your newly purchased product, please let our team know while its being delivered. We will arrange repairs, replacement of the parts, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement of the product without any extra charge.

In the unlikely event your newly purchased products arrive to you in less than perfect condition, please contact our sales team.  The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and we can get the delivered product exchanged or repaired depending on the product. Timeframes for exchanges or repairs may vary depending on the product.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended in any situation. For store clearance items, there is no warranty of any kind. Moreover, Manufacturer warranties are only valid for one year from purchase date if the products are used for their intended purpose and show normal wear and tear (normal use).

Defects or damage caused as a result of customer negligence, misuse, accidents, atypical use, or commercial purposes will not be considered under warranty terms of WOOD N TASSEL. Normal wear and tear are not considered for Warranty purposes.

Disclaimer: The actual fabric colour and texture may vary slightly due to changes in weaving lot. Wood finishes may differ due to natural occurrences and hand stained items. The customer is responsible for the dimensions of the furniture.
